Introducing Upside’s Donate a Smile Campaign
At Upside, we believe a healthy smile shouldn't be out of reach. Life gets busy. Priorities shift. And sometimes, taking care of yourself ends up at the bottom of the list because the time, cost, or process just feels like too much.
That's exactly why we built Upside. And it's why we created Donate a Smile.
This summer, we're gifting smile makeovers to a few people who could use a little good news. No catch. No cost. Just the care you need.
Here's how it works:
- Apply via the form below: Tell us a little about yourself and why this would mean something to you. There's no right or wrong answer. Just your story. Submissions are open May 18 – June 1, 2026.
- We'll review: Our team will read every submission. Finalists may be invited in for a free consultation before final selections are made.
- You'll hear from us: Selected patients will be personally contacted by June 8.
Donate a Smile Submission Terms
Please review the terms before applying.
- One submission per person. Each applicant may submit one application during the submission window.
- Submission period runs May 18 – June 1, 2026. Applications submitted before or after this window will not be considered.
- Finalists may be invited to come in for a complimentary consultation prior to final selection. This allows the Upside team to confirm eligibility and ensure we can provide the best possible outcome for each recipient.
- Recipients will be contacted by June 8. Selected patients will be notified personally via phone.
- Recipients must be eligible for restorative dental procedures as determined by the Upside clinical team. Donate a Smile covers all restorative dental procedures needed as part of the recipient's smile makeover, completed in a single appointment. It does not include future visits, additional procedures, or unrelated treatments.
- Recipients must be available for their scheduled appointment. The appointment date will be coordinated directly with each selected patient. If a selected recipient is unable to make their scheduled appointment and cannot be rescheduled, Upside reserves the right to select an alternate recipient.
- Donate a Smile has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied toward other services.
- By applying, participants consent to being featured in Upside's social media/advertising content. This includes before/after photos, video, and written testimonials shared on Upside's platforms.
- Personal information submitted in applications will not be shared with third parties and will be used solely for the purposes of this campaign.
- The Upside team's selection decisions are final.
